These are just some tips I have found whilst searching the internet…
Journal or Blog
Keeping track of everything you do makes you accountable for your actions. The advantage of blogging is that other people can see it and can call you out when your not doing what you are suppose to be doing. They can also pick you up when your feeling down and provide that extra bit of support when needed.
If you’re an optimist you will be hopeful. Having hope for yourself will drive you to accomplish your goals because you will actually think they are possible.
If you commit and make a schedule such as exercise routines etc, it will eventually become a habit. Make it a habit an motivation will come easily.
Track your progress
When you can look back and see how much you have improved you get an instant confidence boost. Even if your progress is slow or you’ve regressed you can evaluate what went wrong and change it for the better.
When you’re lacking motivation remember the things that inspired you, whether its a song quote, photo or knowing that your not the only person doing it hard can help you chin up and get through it. Try and make an inspirational poster or collage or wall that you will see often!
