Keeping it simple!

Take a deep breath and remember this…

Throw out all the food in packaging….

Your basic shopping grocery list would be the following

greek yogurt
cottage cheese
Almond milk (I use full fat ordinary milk called A2)
Rye Ryvita (I also use Rye Cruskits too!)

nuts such as almonds and brazil.

All fruits that you like: I love mangos and melons and strawberries and grapes

All veggies that you like – try and step out from the boring world of carrots broccoli and cauliflower try snow peas, capsicum, zucchini, bok choy, fennel, Sweet potato,

Lentils, chickpeas, 5 bean mix, kidney beans

Lean meats – chicken breast (I use thigh aswell for a change but its a little fattier than the breast) minute steaks, you can eat lots of fish too! Smile 5 star mince from coles (2 for $13)

Dont forget to venture out into that big scary world you may be suprised on what you will find and enjoy!

Also get adventurous with your spices! Cajun, Morrocan, Thai, Portuguese, get some fresh herbs too if you like coriander (or cilantro in the states) basil, mint! and dont forget Minced garlic and ginger! Smile

For sauces try and substiture – A lovely sauce for chicken just to dress it up a little is yogurt with chopped up cucumber and chopped up mint – MMMMM delish…

Try substituting things – Tamari Sauce instead of Soy Sauce…
