Best Banana Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana (the more brown spots on a banana the healthier!)
  • 250mL Milk of your choice
  • ¼ Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Chia Seeds

Method:
1) Add banana, milk and yogurt into the blender and blend until smooth
2) Sprinkle Chia seeds on top or add to blended mixture.
