Not Guilty



Serves: 1


1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt

1/4 tsp Sugar Free Chocolate (can use cacao or a protein powder)

1/2 Tsp Chia Seeds

5 almonds roughly chopped

1 handful of frozen or fresh berries (can omit and just have nuts – or add slices of banana!!)



1) Halve your greek yogurt and add the chocolate powder and mix

2)Layer in a fancy dancy glass!

3) sprinkle chia seeds and nuts and berries on top.





For more info on the Chocolate – I got it from Coles in the section where hot choccie is and milo etc


this is the nutritional information – remember one serving is 4 tsps I only used 1/4 of tsp (even better!)
