Red Beef Curry


  • 100g Beef Strips (I use minute steak)
  • 1/4 Red Capsicum
  • 1 Small Bok Choy
  • Zucchini
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Red Curry Paste
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Pine Nuts


  1. In a hot pan seal Beef strips
  2. Add sliced Onion and Paste
  3. Turn to med heat and cook until onions are soft
  4. Throw in vegetables and water
  5. Turn down heat and simmer till vegetables are at desired cooking. (I like mine still crunchy!)
